At FemmeBonita, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.


Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

We offer two fulfillment paths depending on the product you order. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

🇺🇸 US Warehouse — Faster Delivery

Select styles ship directly from our US-based warehouse.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment
  • Shipping cost: Free
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on your location)

🌍 International Warehouse — Extended Delivery

Some styles are fulfilled from our overseas warehouse to bring you a wider selection at the best value.

  • Estimated delivery: 10–16 business days after shipment
  • Shipping cost: Free
  • Carrier: International tracked shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status at any time. If you have trouble locating your tracking information, contact us at WeCare@femmebonita.com.


Customs & Import Fees

All orders shipped to US addresses are delivered duties-paid — there are no surprise customs fees for our US customers. If you are ordering from outside the US, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods such as holidays. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we'll investigate right away.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area first. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
