FemmeBonita Return & Refund Policy

At FemmeBonita, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are intimate apparel and shapewear, we maintain a return policy that protects hygiene standards while remaining fair and transparent.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In original condition.

  • In original packaging.

  • With tags and hygiene liners intact, if applicable.

  • Free from stains, odors, damage, washing, or alterations.

To start a return, email WeCare@FemmeBonita.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items.

  • Clearance items.

  • Worn shapewear or intimate items.

  • Items missing original hygiene liners, if applicable.

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

"For hygiene reasons, shapewear items that have been worn cannot be returned under any circumstances, regardless of the return window."

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, because we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and request a return for the original item if eligible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card provider.

  • Contact your bank, since processing times may vary.
