How do I find my size?
Use the Find My Size tool on every product page: enter your waist (the narrowest part) and hips (the fullest part) and it recommends your size and selects it for you. Our step-by-step measuring guide shows exactly how to measure.
I'm between two sizes. Which one should I choose?
Always choose the larger size — the Find My Size tool does this for you automatically. If you're unsure, email us your measurements before ordering and we'll confirm your size.
Should shapewear feel tight?
It should feel firm and supportive, never painful. You should be able to breathe, sit and move comfortably. If you feel pinching, numbness or rolling, the size is likely too small.
What sizes do you carry?
Most styles come in XS to 6XL. Available sizes are shown on each product page.
Post-Surgery Shapewear
What's the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 fajas?
Stage 1 garments are worn immediately after surgery, usually with easy-access openings. Stage 2 garments are worn in the following weeks, as swelling goes down, with firm compression to support your new shape. Always follow your surgeon's advice on when to switch.
Can I wear a faja after a BBL, liposuction or tummy tuck?
Yes — our post-surgery styles are designed for recovery after these procedures. Check with your surgeon on the compression level and timing that's right for you. Read our guide to wearing a faja after BBL.
How many hours a day can I wear it?
Our Powernet fabric is breathable and designed for extended daily wear. During recovery, follow the schedule your surgeon recommends.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more, and a $5.99 flat rate on orders under $100. You'll see the exact cost at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–8 business days for fast US shipping styles and 5–15 business days for all other styles. Each product page shows its delivery estimate.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — every order includes tracking, sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship to the US and to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & Orders
Can I return an item?
For hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn can't be returned. Please try it on over underwear and keep the tags and hygiene liner attached. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I make sure I get the right size?
Check your size with the Find My Size tool on the product page before ordering, and choose the larger size if you're between two. Not sure? Email us your measurements and we'll confirm it for you.
My item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll replace it for free — no shipping costs for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it — email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. You can also split your purchase into interest-free installments with Shop Pay Installments.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — checkout is powered by Shopify and fully encrypted. We never see or store your card details.
